Community Health Center: SWCHC provides pediatric thru
geriatric care for low income uninsured individuals in the
community. At the moment we have openings to see uninsured
children from ages 0-19 for acute episodic care/urgent care,
ongoing care and well child exams. We do not do immunizations
for the children except flu shots. For more information please
