Doing business with Beaverton School District

Vendors that desire to sell products or provide services to the District should familiarize themselves with the information provided on these web pages.

New Vendors to BSD:

1) Complete a Vendor Application . Fax or mail the completed application. Contact Us.

2) When providing a Service to the District, please complete a Determination Worksheet and a Form W9 . Print this form, complete and submit only the first page to the District with your Vendor Application.
