2011 Flu Shot Information-BSD Worksite Clinics Posted on Benefits Page
District employees and eligible family members on Regence Blue Cross plans may obtain a flu shot at no cost by either attending a BSD worksite flu shot clinic or going to a Regence Blue Cross participating pharmacy. Children age 12 and older may be served at the District flu clinic sites; children under age 12 should receive their shot from their doctor's office. Please click on the Benefits webpage to locate the BSD worksite clinic scheduled closest to you.

Kaiser members may go directly to a Kaiser medical office clinic to obtain their flu shot at no cost--please go to https://www.kp.org for more information on Kaiser flu shot clinics.
