Employees and substitutes can access the SubFinder system either through the telephone interface or through the internet via Webconnect.SubFinder instructions are listed below, with WebConnect instructions and links at the bottom of this page.
SubFinder Information
WebConnect [employee access link] WebConnect works in conjunction with the SubFinder System. It uses the existing database and complements the telephone operation of SubFinder. You must register using the telephone before you will be able to use WebConnect for the first time.
- Employees - Use to report, review or cancel an absence. Review Personal Information (job position, calendar, start and end times, itinerant schedule, etc.)
- Substitutes - Use to review available jobs, current assignments and update availability, etc.
- Site Secretaries - Use to enter and review absences, run reports, review employee information, etc.
