NEWS:
In March 2009 the School Board adopted Everyday Math for the K-5 adoption and in June, 2009 adopted Oregon Focus on Mathematics for Grades 6-8, and McDougal Littell for Algebra, Geometry and Algebra II.

Beaverton School District is currently in the implementations stages of a grade K-12 math adoption cycle. For an overview of the process and timeline, please go to: Math Adoption Process Fall 2009.

Beginning October 23, 2008 and running through November 25, 2008, publisher presentations were held; privately to the Math Project Team, and then publicly to the community. This was designed for there publishers to give an overview, and then a more in-depth review of the their programs. In addition to the publisher presentations, all materials under consideration were available for public viewing. Those who attended were invited to submit comments. In addition, the Math Project Team submitted questioins to the publishers for clarification and additional information.
