The Science Project Team included teachers, students, parents and community members. During the review process, the Project Team considered the needs of our students, teachers, and community in the development of new curriculum, learning standards, and assessments in science.
Last spring the Project Team completed a draft of the "Philosophy/Position Paper" and a draft of recommendations regarding how to address a number of "Hot Topics" in Science education The Project Team is soliciting public comments on these documents to assist them as they craft the final versions topresent to the School Board.
