If you said YES to any of the above questions, you may be entitled to additional benefits AND you may not need to complete a meal application!

PLEASE CALL the Beaverton School District's Homeless/Social Support Office at 503-591-4462.
Households receiving SNAP benefits (formerly the Food Stamp Program) or TANF, DO NOT need to complete a meal application!
  • Households currently certified to receive SNAP (formerly the Food Stamp Program) or TANF for their children will be notified of their ELIGIBILITY via MAIL. The Eligibility Notification Free Meals Letter will be mailed from Beaverton School District (BSD) Nutrition Services, by August 26, 2011.
  • If your household is receiving benefits from SNAP or TANF AND you have not received notification from BSD Nutrition Services by August 31, 2011, then please do SUBMIT a meal application.
FOSTER CHILDREN that are under the legal responsibility of a foster care agency or court, can get FREE MEALS! ANY foster children in the household can get free meals, REGARDLESS of income.
