From the Principal….

Welcome Back! I hope you have all had a great summer and enjoyed your well-deserved time off. I would like to take this opportunity to welcome our returning, as well as our new students, to our school. Vose Elementary is an excellent school with outstanding and dedicated teachers and staff. We are proud of our students and our rich linguistic and cultural diversity. At Vose Elementary, college starts here for our students. We believe in the high potential and intellectual wealth our students bring with them, and we work hard to cultivate it. I am excited for our upcoming school year and believe that together—staff and parents —we can make a difference for our students.

I am dedicated to continual improvement, academic success, school culture, and community engagement to enhance every Vose Elementary students’ educational experience. My philosophy is as follows:

§ I believe in demonstrating compassion for the needs of our students, teachers, parents, and community.

§ Organizing our school into a professional learning community for our teachers, students, parents, and community to drive student achievement.

§ Provide the best educational service to our students, parents, and community.

I look forward to working together and continuing to transform Vose Elementary into the premier elementary school in the State of Oregon. I look forward to our future endeavors and serving as your Principal.
