The Staff Intranet is an improved resource for District employee-related information, such as video messages from the Superintendent, forms, purchasing information, training documentation and benefit information.

The Staff Intranet offers up-to-date resources, documents, and support materials. It has a powerful Search Engine allowing District staff to search for information and receive detailed results. The new Staff Intranet will provide the opportunity to grow with our District's information needs.

Employee Online Services (EOS) is a new service for all employees that provides easier and more immediate access to payroll, tax, and demographic information through a secure website.EOS is a web tool that allows employees to view and update portions of their employee records and payroll information.

Employee Online Services gives you immediate access to the following:
  • Tax filing status and exemption information may be viewed and updated
  • Current and past check stubs available for two years
  • "What-if" tax withholding simulation calculator
  • Message page with important information from the HR, Business, and Payroll departments
  • Specific help documentation that discusses the functionality and use of each web page

It is a violation of BSD security and regulations to email or share your District password.


Google Apps for Education is a free (and ad-free) set of tools that enable teachers, staff and students to collaborate and learn more effectively. The Beaverton School District has entered into an agreement with Google to make Google Apps for Education to students and staff. Staff may visit the BSD Google Apps Support Site to learn more.

Pearson Education, Inc. purchased aal, our student information system (eSIS) vendor in November 2010. They announced that the eSIS product used by BSD will not be supported as of June 2012. It will be necessary for us to select a new SIS. Current BSD staff may visit the staff portal to receive updated information as we move through this complicated process.

TeacherSource is a new and emerging media-rich exchange network for teachers in the Beaverton School District. The purpose is to give teachers access to high-quality instructional materials, an ability to collaborate with colleagues, and a place to go to manage and organize instructional materials. Over time, TeacherSource will become the place for professional enrichment as a teacher in Beaverton.
