Career Academy Requirements

Requirements for individual Career Academies differ slightly, however the general requirements for all academies are:

  • Meet all graduation requirements
  • Complete the prescribed Career Academy coursework
  • Completion of 30 hours of Service Learning related to the Career Academy is encouraged
  • Complete Career Related Learning Experiences
  • Complete a Senior Project which may include
    • Letter of Intent
    • Research Paper
    • Interview with a professional in a related area
    • Senior Project
    • Log
    • Portfolio
  • Present the Senior Project to a panel of teachers, students, and community member(s)
