Great new resources available from Sesame Street! Their Little Children, Big Challenges series has information for children facing any type of change, coping with a parent in the military, a death in the family, divorce, and parental incarceration. It contains a 14-page Support Guide for Parents and Caregivers of children ages 3-8 with a lot of printable materials in both English and Spanish.

Oregon Health Plan Now Covers Me!
Starting Jan. 1, 2018, the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is available to more children and teens younger than 19, regardless of immigration status. OHP is free health coverage for Oregonians who meet income and other criteria. It covers many health care services such as check-ups, tooth fillings, glasses and prescriptions. It also covers labs, x-rays and hospital care. It even pays for rides to and from the doctor's office. Apply to see if you qualify.
