​ Online Registration Help

New student registrations and current students verifications can be completed online.  On this page you'll find information on how to enroll your student online through our Online Registration application.

For language assistance, the Multilingual Department is available to help non-English speaking families with the enrollment process and other services.


New BSD Parents REGISTERING new students:

As a new BSD parent who has never had a child enrolled in the district, you will create a new parent account by entering your name and email address in Online Registration. You will then receive an email with the online registration link to complete and submit your enrollment application.

Current BSD Parents REGISTERING new students:

Current BSD Parents can register a new student, that has never attended a Beaverton School District, using their exsisting ParentVUE account login. Using your ParentVUE login ensures that your family and children  information is all connected under the same account. If you have forgotten your password, please use the 'Forgot Your Password? Click here." link on the login page.

If you have never created a ParentVUE account, but are a current or returning parent, please contact the school to obtain an activation key code to create your user name and password.

Online registration is only available if:

  • Your child has never attended a Beaverton School District school. 
  • You are enrolling your child in your neighborhood school

If your situation does not fit the above criteria, contact your boundary school. You can use the District Address Locator to determine your boundary school.

Registration packets are available at school offices. You can also print the Enrollment Form and other required paperwork and bring them into the school.  In addition to completing a registration packet, parents must also provide proof of student's birthdate (a birth certificate, hospital record, passport, or a baptismal record) and immunization records as required by law.

Previous BSD parents of returning bsd students:

At this time, Online Registration is not available to enroll a student that has previously attended a Beaverton School District school.

 Registration packets are available at school offices. Next Steps... PLanning your school visit

Even though your application has been submitted you still need to  schedule a visit to your child's school to completed the enrollment process. This visit should be, prior to the first day of their attending. This visit is important as you may receive ​school-specific forms to complete, and your child will receive class assignments, schedules and other information to make your child's transition a smooth one. ​
