BHB - Board Member Development
Board members have a responsibility to keep themselves informed on issues relating to public education.
Board members will receive educational publications, as desired, and as resources permit.
Board members shall be given the opportunity to attend education related seminars, conferences and meetings, as resources permit. Members shall report monthly on any travel. Members shall report to the Board their findings, conclusions and any recommendations derived from their attendance.
The superintendent shall inform members of conferences, meetings, publications and other items of educational interest.
