How to Reboot Devices
A reboot is the process of restarting a working computer using hardware (i.e. a power button) instead of software. Rebooting is sometimes necessary after installing a software program or installing operating system updates. It also may be needed to recover from an error or reinitialize drivers or hardware devices. Use this guide for steps on how to reboot a Chromebook, Windows or Mac device.
