AST 1.2 - Healthy Self-Image  :  Describe qualities that contribute to a healthy self-image.

AST 1.3 - Personal Stressors  :  Classify personal stressors at home, in school, and in the community.

AST 1.4 - Depression  :  Explain the causes, effects, and symptoms of depression, including suicide and psychosis.

AST 1.5 - Social Environments  :  Describe how social environments affect health and well being.

AST 1.6 - Active vs Sedentary Lifestyle  :  Explain physical, academic, mental and social benefits of physical activity and the relationship of sedentary lifestyles to chronic disease.
