ALT 1 - Fitness Concepts
I can demonstrate knowledge of a physically active lifestyle.
AST 1.1 - Identify Changes to the Body : I can identify changes to the body during and after exercise (heart rate, sweat, breathing rate, hot, thirsty, muscle fatigue, skin color).
AST 1.2 - Benefits of Physical Activity : I can identify benefits of being physically active (heart, muscles, bones).
AST 1.3 - Food Provides Energy : I can recognize that food provides energy for physical activity.
ALT 2 - Social Skills
I can demonstrate responsible and respectful behavior for self and others.
AST 2.1 - Class Rules : I can identify and demonstrate class rules.
AST 2.2 - Follow Directions : I can follow directions when prompted.
AST 2.3 - Play with Others : I can play with others and use equipment safely with minimal teacher prompting.
