Why am I unable to submit my application?
- After clicking the "Finish and Submit" button, a page will appear with what your application is missing. Review the section you must complete, ensuring that all information with red asterisks are filled in.
- Make sure the job posting you are applying for has not closed. You will be unable to submit an application after the job posting closes.

You can update an email address within "Page 1: Personal Info" of the application.

Log in with your current email and password on file and proceed to the Personal Information page. Once accessed, edit and confirm the information in the "Email Address" section and select Finish and Submit to save your changes.

Anyone can take the ParaPro Assessment at home.

Only current employees and Health Assistants being hired can take the Parapro Assessment at our District location.

The application is asking [Licensed] questions but I am not applying for a Licensed position, how can I fix this?
How can I find more information about a job posting I'm interested in?
- Click on "Show/Hide" under the "Additional Information" portion of the job posting. This will expand the job posting to show pertinent information such as the schedule, hourly salary range, and a link to the job description.
- Always click on the job description to see all the required qualifications and job functions.

- My status as Internal Applicant keeps disappearing, how can I fix this?
- I'm a current licensed BSD employee with reference letters and transcripts already in my personnel file, do I have to reupload these documents?
- Where can I find my date of hire with BSD to put on my application?
My status as Internal Applicant keeps disappearing, how can I fix this?
- When you re-open an existing application, your status as an Internal Candidate will be removed unless you do the following:
- Select "Finish and Submit"
- Re-enter the required questions, including your employee ID number. This ensures your application preserves your status as internal and has the most current information at the time of submission.
