Tuition ReimbursementBSD employees are provided tuition reimbursement up to 12 quarter hours (or 8 semester hours) of college credits per three-year cycle. This renewable benefit can be used for graduate, undergraduate or community college courses; credited courses applied to an advanced degree or certification; and workshops or conferences. |

Employee Assistance ProgramThis program offers financial advice, home ownership support, life coaching, legal services, mental health counseling, retirement planning and much more. Staff have access to ten free sessions per year for themselves and eligible dependents. |
