Internet Activity Parent Reports

Here is a quick example of what a Parent Report looks like ...

There is nothing you have to do! You are automatically signed up for parent reports once your child is enrolled in the Beaverton School District.

The first report will be sent within a week of a BSD device being issued to your child.

If you no longer wish to receive Parent Reports, you can set up a spam filter rule to block future reports or contact your child's school to unsubscribe.
 

Here are a few things to check if you find that you have suddenly stopped receiving Parent Reports ...

• You will want to check your Spam folder and see if your email provider might have flagged incoming Parent Reports as spam.
• If your email service has an "Approved Senders List", you will want to add "do_not_reply@lightspeedsystems.com" to the list.
• If your email address recently changed, you will want to contact your child's school and make sure they have the correct email address on file.

If these steps do not help, contact the Technology Support Specialist (TSS) at your student's school.

If your child uses a BSD iPad and you are receiving a blank or inaccurate report, contact the Technology Support Specialist (TSS) at your student's school.

• Student ID Number
