What is ParentVUE?
Where can I find the link to ParentVUE?
How do I get a username and password to login to ParentVUE?
If this is your first time setting up your ParentVUE account you will need the Activation Key supplied from your child's school to set up your account.
However, if you have registered your student online your account was created upon registration.
If your student left BSD and is now coming back please contact the school.
On the login screen, click on More Options > Activate Account.
What are the system requirements for ParentVUE?
Can I access ParentVUE on my phone?
Yes, though some ParentVUE features may not be available in the mobile app.
After installing the app, you will be prompted to input the District URL: https://parentvue.beaverton.k12.or.us

What is on the Student Info screen?
Can someone else gain access to my child’s information?
No. Each parent is assigned a unique Activation Key. This gives only you access to your child(ren)’s information. Using this key, you will create a unique username and password. Please ensure that you protect your username and password.
Please remember to click on the Close button in the upper right corner of your window when you are finished with ParentVUE. This will log you off from the system. Close your browser for added security.

Where can I find my student's initial BSD account password?
Web Browser
Step 1: Login to ParentVUE
Go to the ParentVUE/StudentVUE information website. This website can be found from the Quick Search on any BSD web page.
On the ParentVUE/StudentVUE page, select the ParentVUE Login Page button.
Step 2: Student Info
Step 3: Other Data
If the student has not changed their password it will be under Other Data > StudentVUE Original Password*
If this field says, “(changed date)” and your student still needs assistance with their password, they can do either of the following options:
- email the Student Help Desk at: shd@beaverton.k12.or.us,
- Have student contact the school’s tech support or library staff.

Where can I find state and national tests that have been taken?
From your computer
On the Main Menu, select the Test History option, towards the bottom of the menu.
From the Test History page, you will see all of the state and national tests your student has taken at the Beaverton School District. Some out-of-district scores may also be available.
Click on a specific test section to reveal a horizontal scroll bar which will allow you to see columns to the right of the columns that are displayed. Click and drag on the scroll bar to navigate horizontally. You can also use the left and right arrows keys on your keyboard to navigate horizontally.
From the mobile app
On the Main Menu, select the Test History option, towards the bottom of the menu.
From the Test History page, you will see all of the state and national tests your student has taken at the Beaverton School District. Some out-of-district scores may also be available.
Click on a specific test section to see both a horizontal scroll bar which will allow you to see columns to the right of the columns that are displayed.
Navigate the scroll bars by moving your finger to the left or right.

How do I view my child’s progress toward graduation and course history?
Both are available on the Course History tab.
Graduation Status shows the percent of credits the student has achieved toward graduation. Hovering over a bar or clicking Detail “on” will show more information.
Test Requirements shows the student’s essential skills status. These are part of graduation requirements.
Student Course History displays your child’s courses, grades and credits received for all BSD secondary schools they’ve attended.
Can I view my child’s course requests?
What’s the difference between Grade Book and Report Card screens?
The Grade Book screen allows you to keep track of your child’s grades, assignments and test scores that have been posted in their teachers’ Grade Book.
To see more detailed information about the class, click the class name.
The Standards View includes a legend for the rubrics. Report Card displays final grades when grading is complete.
How do I find assignment and standard details?
Clicking on a class name from the Grade Book tab displays the Standards View. Clicking on a standard will further expand it, showing the associated assignments.
Click Assignment View at the top of this page to see all assignments for the class.
Clicking on the assignment name will show more detail, including the associated standards and the assignment dates. Any attached documents will be shown under the Resources section of the window. Click on any resource to download a copy.

Yes, report cards become available on a current school year basis after the end of each grading period.
Viewing your report Card in StudentVUE
Log in to StudentVUE. The login page can be found at this address.
Once logged in, you would either want to choose the Report Card option from the left hand navigation.

Can someone else gain access to my information?
Access is secured via a user name and password. Students cannot see the records of other students. Please remember to click on the Close button in the upper right corner of your window when you are finished with StudentVUE. This will log you off from the system. Close your browser for added security.
If your parent/guardian has a ParentVUE account, they may access your information.
What if I need technical support or password help?
