StudentVUE Mobile App (New)

StudentVUE is available as a mobile app that you can download to your Apple or Android device.

Search for StudentVUE, all one word.

• Select the app with (NEW) in the title
• Make sure the developer is Edupoint Educational Systems
• There should be no cost for the app.

The StudentVUE app has a green background.

Prior to logging in to the StudentVUE mobile app, you will need to obtain your student ID number and your password from your teacher, TSS, or school office.

• Your Username is your Student ID number and your Password will be the same as other BSD systems, such as your Chromebook.
• When you use the app for the first time, or if you are coming from a different school district, you will need to setup the Beaverton School District in the settings gear in the lower left corner.

 

• In the next window you will be asked to enter your Zip Code and then a list of school districts will appear.
• Find and select Beaverton School District and then select the Back option to go back to the login screen.

When you log in you will be taken to the main page where you will see your Grade Book with a list of your classes.

• In the top left you have your Menu button
• In the top right you have your logout button
• Select a class or course to view detailed information for that class.
• Select an option from the list of tiles to view other information.

 

When you select the menu button, a side pop-up window appears with the options for: My Account, Settings, and New Features Assist

 

The My Account page is where you can view your info and update some settings.

• My Info displays your username and personal contact info. You can also:
  • Enter your primary email address,
  • Change your password.
• Notify contains an option to turn on Email and/or Push Notifications for your attendance.

 

The Student ID Card is a way to identify yourself through the StudentVUE app. For example, if your school uses the KioskVUE app for late arrival check in, you can use this Student ID Card to check on that app. Not all schools use this feature currently.

The Settings option allows you to configure your StudentVUE mobile app with various options such as displaying the Teacher Name, using Face/Touch ID, and changing your mobile app Display Language. 

 

The New Feature Assist option shows you a list of features that are new to this mobile app and allows you to select new feature to get a walk through of how it works.

 

Below the Grade Book, on the main home screen, is a list of option buttons that will take you to other information.

Messages takes you to the Synergy Mail system which sends emails through Synergy. However, the Beaverton School District mainly uses ParentSquare for communications.

Attendance displays excused and unexcused absences, as well as tardies, activities, and days that are not scheduled.

Class Schedule lists classes and times per day and semester.

Class Websites are links to Announcements, Homework, and Documents used in each classroom.

Course History displays all courses taken in the district, graduation progress in subject areas, and test requirements.

Course Request is a way for you to request specific courses at your school. Not all schools use this option.

Grade Book displays classes and grades for the current year.

Report Card displays a Grade Legend.

School Information displays address, numbers, and a staff list.

Student Info displays your demographic information on file. If you have not changed your password for their BSD account, it can be found here.

Test History displays a list of tests taken.

Documents displays a list of documents uploaded to your profile. This is where you can find Report Cards and other documents.

Class Notes displays notes from the teacher in each of your classes.

Daily Assignments allows you to track your class assignments.

Online Payment System is a link to the payment system.

Canvas for Students is a link to the access portal for the student learning management system (Canvas).

Crisis Information is a link to the Beaverton School District website with general contact information for emergency situations.

Student passwords are tied directly to your BSD accounts. Please contact your TSS to assist you with resetting your student account password.
