2019-2020 Middle School Boundary

Committee Meeting Calendar

Due to Governor Brown's order to close schools in response to the COVID-19 crisis, the District halted the Middle School Boundary Adjustment (MSBA) process in March 2020. The Middle School Boundary Adjustment Advisory Committee has not discussed the MSBA project since its meeting on March 12.

The MSBA Advisory Committee will resume public meetings on September 3, 2020. The meetings will be held virtually and livestreamed on the District's YouTube channel.

Please be advised that all of the Middle School Boundary Advisory Committee meetings will be livestreamed to the District's YouTube channel. A link will be posted on the Middle School Boundary Adjustment webpage and shared via the District's Facebook and Twitter feeds.
People will have the opportunity to watch the meetings as they take place, or at a later date.

Virtual Meeting

Superintendent Grotting will hold a listening session with public testimony regarding the Middle School Boundary Adjustment Committee's recommendation on Thursday, October 29 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. The meeting will be held via Zoom. The session will not be livestreamed but will be recorded and posted online to the district youtube channel.

Anyone interested in providing oral public testimony to Superintendent Grotting must register to do so by completing the public testimony form on the Middle School Adjustment webpage. The form will be available on October 19 at 9:00 am through October 23 at 5:00 pm. Participants will have two minutes each to share their comments. This will allow for approximately 60 individuals to participate. If more than 60 people register to comment, two to four individuals will be selected at random from each elementary school attendance boundary area to ensure participation from across the district.

Individuals selected to participate in the Zoom listening session will be contacted by district staff with meeting information and public testimony guidelines on October 27.

All written public comments will be forwarded to Superintendent Grotting starting Monday, October 19 at 9:00 am through Thursday, October 29 at 5:00 pm.
