Meal Pricing, Payments, and Refunds
All BSD students will be eligible to receive one free breakfast and one free lunch at school every day. Families do not have to apply, and there are no income requirements.
Student meals include an entree, sides, and a milk. Students must take the entire meal to be eligible for the no-cost option; students who only opt for milk do not qualify for free milk. This is a federal requirement meant to encourage students to eat a well-balanced meal.

Middle/Option - $2.75
High - $3.00
Adult - $4.00
Lunch:
Elementary - $3.75
Middle/Option - $4.00
High - $4.25
Adult - $6.00
Milk - $0.75
Additonal Entree - $2.75
Payment Options
Payments for a la carte and addional meals can be made by:
Making payments online at the School Cafe website. Parents can register for a free School Cafe account on the School Cafe website, using your student's 6-digit district ID. There is a $20.00 minimum and 5% service fee for deposits made on School Cafe.
Sending cash or a check made out to "BSD-Nutrition Services. Please indicate your student's first, last name and his/her student ID number, on the memo line of the check. Give cash or check to front office staff or send with student to give to cafeteria staff.

End of Year Student Account Balances
Student account balances (positive and negative), automatically roll over to the following school year. If a student has funds and no longer attends Beaverton School District, families can do the following:
- Request a refund.
- Request the funds be transferred to another student meal account.
- Request the funds be donated to support Nutrition Services.

Please note checks can be printed for refunds of $25.00 or more only. Please allow 6-8 weeks to receive your refund.
All refunds less than $25.00 will be processed in cash at the Nutrition Services Central Office.
