The Beaverton School District works with a variety of vendors from construction contractors who build our new schools to food trucks and DJ's that make school dances and family events more entertaining. Our District is self-insured so in an effort to keep dollars in the classroom, we make every effort to transfer risk to the responsible parties. If you are doing business with the Beaverton School District you will be asked to meet our insurance requirements.

Vendors that have supported after school events like carnivals, back to school night and dances, and have met District insurance requirements can be found on the "vendor list" below. The intent of the list is to make things easier when planning events but it is not all inclusive or a recommendation. The expiration date is the date their insurance expires - please make sure they are current for the date of your event.
