SHOWCASING STUDENT CREATIVITY IN THE BEAVERTON SCHOOL DISTRICT

The Signal To Noise Festival is a film awards ceremony and exhibition that originated at Beaverton's Arts & Communication Magnet Academy in 2001 and has occurred every Spring since then at various locations across the district.

Robert Feliciano is a Broadcast Producer with SCRUM/Agile training, who works with both General Market and Multicultural Market executives who need reliable services and accurate results. Robert handles multiple concurrent assignments effectively. He has an extensive track record working in multiple international destinations in the US and Latin America, and has been a proficient manager with goal oriented methods based on quality, time frame and service. Worked with professionals like Joaquin Baca-Assay, Rodrigo Prieto, Guillermo Navarro, Fernando Vallejo, Jochi Melero, Simon Brand, Emi Guede, Augusto Jimenez-Zapiola, Andy Fogwill, Luis Gerard, Simon Bross, Pedro Avila, Fred Clapp and many other top notch directors and cinematographers.

Tony Deemer, Film Producer: Tony has worked in New York City to Hollywood, and everywhere in between. His range in experience for job duties and different types of projects span from music videos on major networks, documentaries, commercials, sports and feature films give him the advantage needed to lead Northern Lights Stages in Cincinnati, Ohio. He currently is a Film Producer but has roots in the camera department as a Steadicam and A Camera Operator. His affiliations are with IATSE Local 600, Society of Camera Operators (S.O.C.), Steadicam Operators Association (S.O.A.), and The Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers. Tony studied film at The Art Institute of Ohio – Cincinnati where he won a Bronze Telly for his documentary work.

Scott Hacke, Signal To Noise Founder is the game camera operator for the Portland Trailblazers (Blazer Broadcasting) and is also a part-time sports television freelancer for TNT, ESPN, FOX, Lifetime, and Univision Deportes. Scott is also a terrific educator and dedicated much of his career to the students in the Beaverton School District.

Keely Respass,Virtual Events Producer:  Keely has more than 25 years’ experience in Event Management Planning & Program Development, Marketing & Promotions, at a variety of renowned companies; most specifically Madison Square Garden, Jersey City Caribbean American Carnival Association, Court Television, and presently LogMeIn as a Virtual Events Producer. In addition, she is also currently Co-Founder of film and entertainment company, Wenches Behind the Wheel, LLC.
Keely is native New Yorker, born in Brooklyn, but currently resides in Jersey City, NJ and very active in community relations and services; she is a member of the Rotary Club of Secaucus and Mission Possible Global Service Officer at LogMeIn.

Anthony Najera is a film maker who currently lives in Denton, TX. He enjoys collaborating with other creatives to give their medium a voice within film. He specializes in short documentaries and live performance music videos.

Bob Kuest is a retired science teacher and audio-visual media specialist from the Beaverton school district. He worked at Highland Park and Mountain View Middle Schools for almost 30 years.In retirement he continues to enjoy photography and volunteer A-V work at schools and churches.
