READING
Watch and listen to the story called “The Winter Train” by Susanna Isern
Draw a picture of the story you just watched.
Read a book to an adult, grown-up or sibling in your home.

STORYTELLING & WRITING
Tell a story about a time it snowed. What were you doing? Did you go out in the snow? Did you stay instead? What was it like?
Take a picture and/or video & share it with your teacher.

PLAY
Spend time each day playing with your favorite things - will you play with dolls? Cars? Animals? Stuffies? Your sibling?
What and where will you play today?



Listen to the story A Sick Day for Amos McGee written by Philip C. Stead. Name the people who are there for you if you don’t feel well.

Create a pattern with body motions like clapping, slapping the ground, snapping, and sounds you can make. Repeat the pattern at least 5 times.

Create a story using your toys or pets as the characters in your story. What is the problem in the story and how do they solve it?

Build a castle out of any items from home. Additional challenge- Add a working drawbridge.
