The Beaverton School District will be offering summer programs at limited locations for elementary and high school students.

Elementary Summer Programs

Participation in elementary school programs are by invitation only. Please contact your school for additional information.


 

High School Summer Programs

Credit recovery and 8.5 summer programs are run through the six comprehensive high schools. Please click below for additional information.

Programs:
Credit Recovery
Summer School offers content area credit recovery for students who have received N grades and are not on track to graduate.  
Enrollment is not automatic. 11th and 12th grade students and students with the greatest need will be prioritized.

This is a class designed to introduce incoming freshmen (class of 2029) to high school in an interactive and engaging way. Students will focus on skill development, study skills and high school readiness, specifically reading and math.
Space is limited and enrollment is not automatic. Middle School Staff will reach out to eligible students with enrollment information
 
Dates:
Session 1:  June 23  - July 3 (Monday-Thursday)
Session 2:  July 7 - July 17 (Monday-Thursday)
 
Times:
8am-12pm
 
Credits:
Students can earn .5 credit per session. If attending both sessions, the total amount of credit a student can earn is 1.0 credit.
ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY

Intensive Summer Course Logo

Intensive Summer Version (ISV) courses are designed for BSD high school students who seek advancement in a course sequence that a standard 4-year high school schedule will not allow. These courses provide the same content coverage and rigor as their classroom counterparts but in a highly accelerated format.
