Clothes Closet

Clothes Closet Frequently Asked Questions

The Clothes Closet is operated by volunteers from the School District's parent groups and Beaverton community to provide free clothing for students in grades K-12 from families with limited income.

The Clothes Closet will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Two donation bins located in front of the Clothes Closet are available Monday through Thursday during regular District business hours for clothing donations.

Ongoing needs of the program:
•  New underwear and socks for all ages and sizes
•  Pants for elementary-aged students in sizes 5 to 12
•  Coats for elementary-aged students in sizes 5 to 12
•  Department store shopping bags with handles.

Donations of clean, attractive, school-appropriate clothing such as warm jackets, sweatshirts, mittens and jeans are always needed. Donations can be made on Wednesdays between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. We also accept financial contributions. Make checks payable to the Clothes Closet and mail to 16550 SW Merlo Road, Beaverton, OR 97006.

Students can visit the Clothes Closet two times per school year. An Admit Slip is required. Admit slips are available from the school office.
