How can I find out about upcoming projects? 

The District publishes solicitation opportunities in the Oregon Daily Journal of Commerce, legal advertisements section; or Public Improvement solicitations are also published on ORPIN, and with plan centers.

How do I bid on a Beaverton School District contract?

After you have identified the solicitation you would like to bid on and have  downloaded it from ORPIN, the next step is to complete your price quotation or proposal and provide all information requested in the bid/proposal documents.  Be sure that your bid/proposal is correct and that it is signed in the appropriate places.

What if I have a question while I am filling out my specification documents?

The name and telephone number of the district contact is indicated in each solicitation. He or she may be contacted for assistance. In some cases, there will be a pre-submittal conference. This will be indicated on the solicitation cover sheet. You are strongly encouraged to attend and ask questions at the pre-submittal conference.

What disqualifies a bid or RFP?

You should read the specification document very carefully and follow all instructions. This is the best way to keep from having your bid disqualified. Late bids are automatically disqualified.​
