When space is available, individuals and community members may apply to reserve District facilities. The requested times may not interfere with the Beaverton School District instructional programs, student athletics or activities and school-related groups.
We use a classification system to assign fees for community use. You will receive an invoice following the event for rental and personnel charges. If you have any questions about potential fees for facility rental, please contact our office.
Please note that not
all rooms in a school are available for rent. We do not rent choir
rooms, band rooms, computer labs or science labs. We are unable to
provide microphones or projectors for facility rental events.

Reservations for the 17/18 school year will be accepted beginning 7/1/17. After school enrichment programs will run from October 1st through May 31st. There will be no programs offered on Wednesdays due to early release.
Due to extensive construction, maintenance and bond projects being scheduled for the summer of 2017, we will only be approving Facility Use requests through 6/01/17 at this time. Some sites will be completely offline for the summer. Some sites may be opened for limited summer rental when we have a complete list of construction projects, closures and impacts. Please check this site or call our office for the latest updates.
Please do not plan to use any of our parking lots as drop off or pick sites for camps, camps busses, or carpooling without Facility Use approval. The lots may be scheduled for resurfacing, sweeping, striping or used as staging areas for construction projects or construction deliveries.
If you would like to use a Beaverton School District parking lot for a drop off or pick up location you will need to request use.
There is no overnight parking or camping at any Beaverton School District Facility.
If the Facility is requested on a non-school day there will always be a charge for a monitor/custodian.
We are not accepting any reservations for June 2017. Our schools are busy with concerts, plays, year end celebrations, carnivals and more.
Our office will be closed for Spring Break from 3/27-3/31. We will open for business on Monday April 3rd.
