Beaverton Medical Provider
My name is Nancy Meza. I am a certified phusician assistant; obtained my Master's degree in physician assistant studies from Oregon Health & Science University and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in general science from Oregon State University. I've been practicing medicine as a PA in the primary care setting since February 2015.
I chose to work in primary care because I enjoy the relationships I get to form with patients and their families. I am honored to serve families and to help empower them to lead healthier lives. I emphasize preventative health and wellness and believe a holistic understanding of health is essential to treating patients.
I was born and raised in Hood River, OR with my three brothers. I speak English and Spanish fluently. Like many Oregonians, I have a passion for the outdoors and enjoy hiking and exploring the Columbia River Gorge. In my free time I like going camping, backpacking, dancing, traveling, music, and spending time with my family and friends.
Beaverton Mental Health Provider
My name is Ari Orzuna, I am a mental health therapist and registered LPC intern in the state of Oregon. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Social Science from Portland State University and my Master's Degree in Counseling from Multnomah University. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and bicultural, which allows me to serve a broader population, not only in terms of language, but also in truly understanding cultural perspectives and assimilation challenges.
I have experience providing mental health services to children, adults, and families in private practice, residential facilities, and in community mental health. My clinical areas of interest include: multicultural concerns, life transitions, intersections of identity, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, and grief/loss. Techniques: I use an integrated framework drawing primarily from Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive-Behavioral Theories.
In my free time i enjoy spending time with my two kids, watching forensic files and movies, and exploring the outdoors.
