Hazeldale will order all student supplies for 2017-2018.
to a generous donation from a community partnership with Cooper
Mountain Presbyterian Church and bulk purchase savings, we're able to
provide supplies for all students. The supplies will be delivered to
your child's classroom before the first day of school.
A minimum donation of $15-20 per student is suggested so that we can perpetuate this wonderful program. A donation envelope will be included this fall in the Back to School Packet. (The
actual average cost for school supplies at the elementary level is
probably between $40-60 per child as a conservative estimate for the
basics—donations are truly welcome for those that are able to
