Health and Science (HS2) and School of Science and Technology strive to create a community of students, preparing to be successful in college through the attainment of the skills of critical reading, critical writing, and critical thinking.

HS2 and SST school counseling programs are working to be collaborative by benefiting students, parents, teachers, administrators and the overall community. It is our goal at HS2 and SST to build complete comprehensive counseling program according to the ASCA National Model and the OSCA Model to benefit our students, and help them reach their fullest potential as citizens.

Information Nights - Beaverton School District offers students and parents informational nights once per month covering a wide range of college and career readiness material.

PSAT/SAT/ACT- For information and sign up dates on college entrance exams and other useful tips on how to prepare or sign up for the PSAT/SAT or the ACT please visit the testing sites: SAT/PSAT and ACT

College Application Deadlines - College applications can be very difficult to follow and understand The most often visited question is… when are applications due?  College Simply has a comprehensive list of colleges application due dates. 

FAFSA - Free Application For Financial Student Aid is required by most colleges. Here you can qualify for grants and loans for college through the Government.  FAFSA for the 2018 - 2019 calendar school year will open on October 1st, 2018​. ​

ORSAA - Applicacion del Estudiantos de FASFA -  Para Estudiantes Indocumentados en busca de ayuda financiera po​r medio del Estado de Oregon.
OSAC and Ore​gon Promise - Oregon Promise is the new free tuition program for all students who would like to attend community college and who have graduated from an Oregon high school in the past 6 months with at least a 2.5 GPA.  The application pr​ocess for the Oregon Promise is due March 1st. Application opens November 1st.

CIS - Career Information Systems is a program available to all Beaverton School District Students to help them become College and Career Ready.  CIS is used to find schools, start a career interest, and prep students for life after high school. Use the CIS App on the student bookmark page
