Dear Mountainside Families,
I hope that you are all having a relaxing and fun summer vacation. The summer is an opportune time to re-connect with family, re-charge batteries, and prepare for a brand-new year. And what a year it will be! This year will be like no other year that any of us have experienced. The main office staff took ownership of the main office July 5th. Since then, we have been hard at work preparing for our staff and for our students. Now that we have lived in our building for a month, I can say without reservation that it is an amazing, amazing facility. I am so excited for our staff, for our students, and for our community to form the heartbeat of Mountainside High School.
Due to the nature of construction this year, we will not have Preview Days for student registration and payment. We will do our best to take care of those details either through online payment or during the school day once school begins. School pictures will occur during the school day on September 14th and 15th. Families will receive a back-to-school information packet.
Included in this packet are the following important items:
- InTouch online payment instruction guide
- Chromebook Application Form
- Community Service Expectations and pre-approval form
- Parent Volunteer Form and MPACT Fundraiser form
- Supply List
- Enrollment Verification Online access instructions
- Bus Route online access instructions
Tryouts and practices for fall sports will begin August 14th.
The required paperwork will be accepted August 7-10 in the MHS Main
Office. If you have questions, please contact Athletic Secretary Traci

The requests will be processed in the order the forms are received.
