StEPP Program

StEPP stands for Student Education Plan and Profile, the district's College & Career Readiness program.


Graduation Requirements

At Sunset, students complete a variety of activities by grade level in order to earn the .5 Career Education credit as required by the State of Oregon to graduate from high school.  All activities are completed during Advisory, with the exception of the Senior Project.

Career Related Learning Experiences (CRLE’s)
What is a CRLE?  Click herefor guidelines for ONE per year:  
Resume’s, Job Applications and Mock Interviews
Students are required to prepare a resume’ and job application during first semester of their Junior Year.
Students are required to participate in an mock job interview at the CCC in early second semester of their Junior Year
Senior Project
Please CLICK HERE for information on the SENIOR PROJECT which is the culminating project required for all seniors which they complete on their own time and present to lower grade level classes during first semester.

 

Career Information System (CIS)

Click here for instructions on accessing the Oregon Career Information System, even from home.  A wealth of resources are available on the CIS, and this program is needed to complete many of the Career Ed activities.​
