Newly-released graduation rates for the 2021-2022 school year show that students in the Beaverton School District exceeded state averages for Oregon across all student groups in the four-year cohort (students graduating in four years since entering 9th grade) and across all student groups with the exception of students who have migrant status in the five-year cohort (students graduating in five years since entering in 9th grade).

State law requires that all children in public and private schools, preschools, Head Start and certified child care facilities have up-to-date immunizations or have a medical or nonmedical exemption.

The District is currently seeking feedback from the BSD community as it relates to the Quality Curriculum Cycle process and the World Language Adoption to be implemented in the Fall of 2023. 

As of this week, the Beaverton School District stopped using petroleum-based diesel fuel in its school buses in favor of renewable diesel.
